Our History
2009
The Beginning
Astoria Builders was founded in Northwest Arkansas with one goal — build homes the way the team would want their own built. Starting with small remodels and handyman work, the company quickly earned a reputation for showing up, doing quality work, and treating clients like neighbours.
2012
Growing Roots in NWA
Word spread fast across Fayetteville and Bentonville. By 2012, Astoria had completed over 50 residential projects and expanded into full kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, and roofing — becoming a true one-stop residential contractor for NWA homeowners.
2015
First Custom Home Build
2015 marked a turning point — Astoria completed its first ground-up custom home in Rogers, AR. The project set a new standard for the company and opened the door to a growing pipeline of new construction clients across Northwest Arkansas.
2019
Expanding Across NWA
With a full crew, a proven process, and 100+ completed projects, Astoria expanded its service area to cover all of Northwest Arkansas — from Bella Vista to Prairie Grove, Centerton to Farmington. The same local, family-owned approach, now serving 14 communities.
